Citi asked us revamp their credit card rewards program, from the logo all the way to the email communications

We created a tagline informing customers how much their thankyou credit card reward points can add up.

The program’s homepage saw a redesign that wove in the new Citi brand guidelines and spirit of our new voice.

Our update continued to the logo, which saw a connecting of the two words, in design and spirit.
To bring it all together, we created customer emails informing members of their progress and further encouraging the stacking of their points.
