The bank that embraces the spirit of its name

As a growing player in the large bank space, Citibank looked to compete with other credit card providers by creating a modern, intuitive interface for its rewards program, empowering current clients and enticing new members. Publicis restructured and redesigned their entire credit card rewards experience, which was then rolled out in markets globally. My role required both design and management of the transactional areas of the site.

As a socially active company, Citi wants all who work with them to feel welcome via their diversity program. November called for us to honor veterans who work within their offices, so we photographed employees in both their business and military attire for an effect of unmistakable unity.

 
 
 

I'd been an avid user of Citibike before working with Citi, so I jumped at the chance to work on the project whether creating kiosk ads that worked around the bikes or finding new ways of promoting the program’s expansion into more NYC neighborhoods.
